How do I get in touch with you?

Why should I hire you?

I'm personable, professional, timely, and you won't have a middleman to worth through.

I have my own [insert camera name here] why hire a pro?

Professional images help you get more for the sale of your home, its that simple. A professionally shot home can fetch as much as $20,000 more, all from just $100 worth of photos. Plus a professional can get the most out of his camera and knows the best way to show case your home.

How much do you charge?

 Prices start at $100, options can be added if you'd like.

How long does a shoot last?

Anywhere from 45 minutes to about 3 hours depending on the complexity of the shoot, but on average about an hour.

Who is my point of contact?

I am! You'll work with me directly, and I'll be the one to both shoot and edit the photos for you.

What areas do you cover?

I cover the Greater Denver Area, basically anything within the I-470 Loop, including Highlands Ranch, Arvada, and Golden. If you're beyond this area its a $25 surcharge for travel up to two hours away.

Will you travel for other further than 2 hours for a shoot?

Yes I will! Just let me know where the shoot is and what you have planned and I'll come up with some pricing options for you.

How long will it take for me to get my photos?

I'm usually able to have the photos uploaded and edited within a few hours of a shoot, but I guarantee that you'll get them within 48 hours of the completion of shoot or your money back.

How do I pay?

I accept credit, debit, and cash as payments. I use PayPal to process payments. I do not accept personal checks.

When do I pay?

Payment must be processed before the shoot.

What if I am unhappy with your work?

I sincerely hope that doesn't happen, but if it does you'll of course get a full refund and I'll remove the private gallery of your listing from my site, however if I see my photos on any listing for that property no refund will be issued.

Do I have to be on property?

No you don't.  As long as I have a safe means of entry (i.e. code for realtors lock) that is fine. Please notify any home owners of my arrival. If I feel that the property or area is unsafe then I'll decline to shoot there, any payment will be refunded. 

What if I can't make it?

Thats okay, as long as I can get in to take my photos; however, if I arrive and I can't get in to photograph the property there's a $25 fee for a no-show.

What if the house isn't ready to show?

Please only schedule for me to arrive when the house is ready to be photographed. If the house is a mess, still under construction, etc. and I arrive unable to do the shoot you'll be charged $25 for my time.

Who owns the photos after the shoot?

In short, I do. As the photographer I have the copyright for the images, and I have the ability to utilize them as I see fit, such as in marketing materials and in the commercial gallery of my website. You'll be purchasing finished, high quality, high resolution jpeg images, and not the RAW unedited files. However, if you don't want me to use a certain photo or property for my marketing or website, just let me know.

Can I have the RAW files?

Absolutely not!

Do you do more than just real estate photography?

Yes! I do travel, food, product, and a host of other type of photographic work. I even offer a one on one private workshop for beginners. 

Who is your drone pilot?

David Holmes is my pilot. He's licensed, insured, and FAA registered to legally fly drones for commercial purposes.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, as a member of the Professional Photographers of America, I carry $15,000 in insurance during professional shoots. For drone shoots David carried $1million in liability.
